Our flooring is only from reputable brands. Each floor that we sell specifies the place of origin with majority being from US. All floors that we sell meet CARB standards for formaldehyde emissions.

Of course. We try to be as flexible as we can with appointments, and with a little notice we can usually make it happen. We typically like to give a 30 minute range for the appointment start time to account for prior appointments going late, or hitting traffic, etc. When we are on our way, we will always give you call to let you know the exact time we’ll be arriving.
It typically depends a bit on the time of year, but generally our schedule is booked out about 1.5-2 weeks. That said for smaller jobs (<1 day) we can usually shift things enough to get them in more quickly if needed. For installation it is a bit more complicated than refinishing. If we have the material in stock we can usually deliver it within 1-2 days. If its not in stock the time to get the material is usually between 1-3 weeks. At that point it is extremely important for the material to acclimate to the temperature and humidity of the home, which takes ~4 days. As soon as its acclimated, we’re good to go.

Depending on the project, your existing flooring may have to be removed, but its possible that we may be able to perform the installation on top of the old floor. Our shop at home representative will be able to provide the assessment.
